Free 3D Printing Sponsorship for FIRST Robotics Teams

We know how intense the build season can get, and we want to help your team succeed. That is why we are proud to offer FREE 3D printing services to FIRST Robotics teams! Whether you need rapid prototypes, custom mounts, or durable end-use parts for your robot, we have you covered—completely free of charge, including shipping.

How It Works

Getting your custom parts is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Submit Your File: Send us your 3D model (STEP or STL preferred).
  2. Choose Your Material: Let us know your preferred filament from our available list below (or ask us for a recommendation based on what the part needs to do).
  3. We Print & Ship: We will print your part on our high-speed printers and get it to you ASAP!

Delivery Options

We offer a few different ways to get your parts to you, all completely free:

  • Standard Shipping: We will box up your printed parts and ship them directly to your team's build space anywhere in the country.
  • Local Delivery: Are you in the local area? Let us know, and we may be able to drop the parts off to you directly to save on transit time!
  • PCH District Teams: If you compete in the Peachtree (PCH) District, we can print your parts and hand-deliver them to you at your next competition. Just give us a heads-up on which event you'll be at!

Available Materials

Our 3D printers are capable of handling a wide variety of engineering-grade FDM filaments. When you submit your file, you can request any of the following:

  • PLA / PLA+: Perfect for rapid prototyping, quick iterations, and low-stress aesthetic parts.
  • PETG: A great middle-ground material offering good impact resistance and flexibility.
  • ABS / ASA: Ideal for high-temperature environments and tough structural components (ASA also offers excellent UV resistance).
  • TPU (Flexible): Need custom wheels, bumpers, or grips? TPU is perfect for flexible, rubber-like parts.
  • PC (Polycarbonate): Extremely strong and impact-resistant for parts that are going to take a beating on the field.
  • PA (Nylon): Highly durable with low friction, making it great for custom gears or wear-and-tear parts.
  • Carbon Fiber & Glass Fiber Blends (PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PA-CF): Infused with structural fibers for incredible stiffness and dimensional stability—perfect for rigid structural components.
