3D Printed Replacement Endcap for OCTANORM USA
We recently completed a functional 3D printing project for OCTANORM USA, designing and producing a custom replacement endcap built to handle the demanding requirements of their aluminum framing systems.

The part was printed using PETG filament, chosen for its durability, temperature resistance, and mechanical strength—ideal qualities for industrial applications. To ensure structural integrity, the design incorporates a standard M10 nut, allowing the endcap to securely fasten and support large aluminum structures with consistent performance over time.

This project demonstrates how additive manufacturing can be used not only for prototyping but also for creating reliable, functional components that integrate seamlessly into existing systems. By using 3D printing, OCTANORM USA was able to get a precise, cost-effective replacement part without the long lead times of traditional manufacturing.
At Parker’s 3D Prints, we specialize in producing custom, performance-ready parts for businesses that rely on precision and strength—helping companies keep their operations running efficiently with tailored 3D solutions.
