3D Printer Repair & Maintenance

Get Your 3D Printer Back to Work

We run a farm of 40+ printers every day, so we know what goes wrong and how to fix it fast. Whether it's one printer in your office or a whole lab, we can diagnose it, repair it, and get it printing reliably again.

What We Help With

  • Clogs and extrusion problems: nozzle and hotend cleaning or replacement.
  • Bed leveling and first-layer issues: calibration, bed surfaces, and adhesion fixes.
  • Print quality problems: layer shifts, stringing, warping, and under-extrusion.
  • Worn or broken parts: belts, fans, sensors, and printed replacement parts.
  • Firmware and slicer setup: profiles tuned for your machine and materials.
  • Preventive maintenance: scheduled tune-ups so printers don't fail mid-job.

How It Works

  1. Tell us what's happening. Send the printer model, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video if you can.
  2. We diagnose it. We'll tell you what's likely wrong and what it will take to fix before any work starts.
  3. We fix it. Drop-off or on-site in Metro Atlanta, depending on the job.
