These adapters are made for any Olympic weight plate and let's you put it on any standard bar. It comes as a 4 piece kit (2 adapters and 2 faceplates to help secure the weigh
The difference in size options is based off the thickness of each plate you're trying to adapt, NOT the diameter of the adapter.
For example my personal set of 25lb plates is 1-1/4" so I would get that size. Sizes may vary from brand to brand so please make sure to double check before purchase and bars aswell if your bar is larger than ~1" please message me and I'll be happy to make you a custom set.
Maximum weight capacity is 125lbs per adapter.
They're designed for different thicknesses of plates, please measure the thickness of each plate you're using and then choose the size that best fits the plates you have available.
